Commercial Policy
Most of our products are manufactured once the order has been confirmed by the client and the first 50% of the total invoice value + VAT has been paid. Once the product is finished and ready for import, the remaining 50% of the payment must be made.
Delivery times will always be those confirmed in the final Commercial Proposal and with the Production Order. EUNO reserves the right to modify the product catalog and its technical specifications.
The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products offered for sale are for guidance only and do not bind EUNO in any way. All models in LED, LCD, OLED, and QLED technologies may undergo modifications due to continuous improvements in manufacturing. This agreement will come into force on the same day that EUNO communicates to the Client the acceptance of the product request, or from when EUNO proceeds to deliver the requested contracted product.
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms of this Agreement by publishing the new Terms of Use on our website and/or by sending an email to the email address provided by the user, so that they can be known by users before processing the request for contracting the services and products offered.

General Rules
This document establishes the guarantees that EUNO offers to the buyer of its products:
If, at the time of receiving the merchandise from the carrier, the Client finds a lack of merchandise or damage to the packaging, they must immediately indicate it on the carrier’s documentation and notify EUNO immediately and in writing to the email soporte@eunodisplay.com.
The loss or deterioration of merchandise during transport will not be the responsibility of EUNO, but of the transport agency itself. This incident will be covered by transport insurance. Any claim related to transport and made more than 48 calendar hours after receipt will be rejected.
The warranty period begins on the invoice date or delivery report and is specified in each case. This warranty does not cover deterioration suffered due to improper use, manipulation, or incorrect installation, such as disassembly and transport of an already installed product.
Subject to the provisions set forth in the Warranty Conditions and established herein, the Client receives a 2-year warranty, which will always apply from the date of purchase detailed on the sales invoice and only covers the costs of repair or replacement of the product, excluding all transport costs, in accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which provides the consumer with different options.
EUNO is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or manipulated by the Client or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, or apparent signs of incorrect handling. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by EUNO and attached to the invoice.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors such as voltage surges or drops, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, electrical storms, accidental falls, or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by EUNO. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to hours of use or improper use of hours, or breakdowns caused by incorrect installation, handling, or storage.
Failure due to wear, misuse, and negligence before or during use. The warranty does not cover claims for natural loss of luminosity or degradation of luminosity. Likewise, we reserve the right to have each returned product examined by independent specialists, with the warranty being exempt if it is demonstrated by the competent authorities that the breakage was caused by the customer or user, as well as partial breakage of the product to force the use of the warranty for the return or refund of the product. In such a case, the costs for demonstrating fault will be borne by the customer. For all aspects of this warranty not covered by Law 23/2003, the regime contained in Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, shall apply.
EUNO is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of product use, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by individuals, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
EUNO will not be liable under any circumstances for possible failures or defects that the provided products may have. All technical information, videos, and photographs are subject to change and are presented on this website for illustrative purposes.
Disclaimer
Force Majeure
EUNO will not be liable for delays or failures in the manufacture or delivery of the product when they originate from breakdowns caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, lightning, or fires, force majeure situations, or are beyond its reasonable control.
Therefore, EUNO is not responsible for any delay or failure in the logistics of any part of this agreement for any cause beyond our control or if not caused by us.

Rights of Subscribers to EUNO Commercial Information
According to Article 22 of Law 34/2002 or LSSI, the rights of recipients of commercial communications via email are as follows:
If the service recipient must provide their email address during the contracting, contact, or subscription process for a service, and the provider intends to use it later for sending commercial communications, they must inform their client of this intention and request their consent for receiving such communications before finalizing the contracting procedure.
For this purpose, we will manage any of the following procedures:
Double Opt-in: A registration system by which the user accepts and confirms their express and unequivocal consent (generally through validation via email), although always revocable, to receive communications via their email.
Notified Opt-in: A registration system by which the user subscribes via the Opt-in system and immediately receives a message giving them the option to unsubscribe. If the user opens the message but does not unsubscribe, but continues to be subscribed, it is a Notified Opt-in.
Opt-in: (Authorization) Occurs when a user gives express and unequivocal permission to a company to use their email to receive commercial information, even if they do not confirm the subscription from their own email account (as is generally the case with double Opt-in).
Furthermore, Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights establishes the requirement that when personal data, such as an email address, is collected, the existence of the file must be notified to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (http://www.agpd.es).
The recipient may revoke the consent given to receive commercial communications at any time by simply notifying their will to the sender. To do so, they must send an email to sales@eunodisplay.com and/or unsubscribe from the mass email sending system or eCRM used by EUNO for its communications.
