Applicable regulations
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), and other applicable data protection regulations.
Data we collect
Through the Website contact form, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Identification data: first and last name or company name.
- Professional contact data: email address, phone number.
- Communication data: subject and content of the message sent.
No special categories of data are collected (health, ideology, racial origin, etc.).

Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for the legally established periods to comply with any obligations that may arise from the processing. Data processed on the basis of consent will be retained until the data subject withdraws it.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Where service providers acting as data processors are used (e.g., web hosting platforms, email tools), the corresponding data processing agreements will be entered into in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are carried out, unless appropriate safeguards are ensured in accordance with the GDPR.

The request must include first and last name and a copy of an identification document. The controller will respond within a maximum period of one month, extendable by an additional two months in complex cases.
The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with the regulations: www.aepd.es.
