Cross-cutting features of the LED range flexible modules

Flexible module based on soft light LED strips — the technical breakthrough of the category

Unlike the traditional rigid module with flat PCB, the flexible module in the IFSL/OFSL range is built on an elastic base (rubber or structural silicone) that supports curvature without compromising the electrical or optical integrity of the LED. The result is a screen that can bend, curve, arc and adapt to the shape of the support with no faceting visible on the image surface. A technical breakthrough that opens up installations where the conventional rigid module is simply not viable.

Bend angle ≤60-90° — from cylinder to polyhedron

The range supports curvatures of up to 60-90° per module, enabling cylindrical, conical, double-curvature, arc, angled and three-dimensional architectural volumetries. The flexible silicone structure also allows the module to be curved, arched or bent from 0° to 45° on its own, without a specific support structure.

High electromagnetic magnet system — adhesion and shape preservation

Each module is equipped with magnets that allow two functions: (1) direct adhesion to the metal support (furniture, structure, architectural panel) without the need for conventional mechanical anchoring; (2) preservation of the curved shape once molded, without progressive loss of geometry throughout the operation. In the EE-IFSL interior series, the 36 built-in magnets are adjustable in height to perfectly fit the project box and optimize the internal and external curvature effects.

Adaptable shape — cubes, spheres, polyhedrons, and impossible shapes

The range enables installations on supports that the traditional rigid module cannot cover: spherical surfaces in tourist attractions, LED cubes in event scenarios, decorative polyhedra in commercial architecture, cylindrical columns in the lobby and double curvature geometries in singular architecture. The ability to adopt complex three-dimensional shapes is the structural differential of the category.

Flexible module based on soft light LED strips — the technical breakthrough of the category

Unlike the traditional rigid module with flat PCB, the flexible LED module of the IFSL/OFSL range is built on an elastic base (rubber or structural silicone) that can be curved without compromising the electrical or optical integrity of the LED. The result is a screen that can be bent, curved, arced and adapted to the shape of the support without visible faceting on the image surface. A technical breakthrough that opens up installations where the conventional rigid module is simply not viable.

SMD and MicroLED LEDs with pitch from P0.9 to P4 depending on series

The range incorporates advanced LED technology that covers the entire pitch spectrum relevant to curved installations:– **EE-IFSL Indoor**: 7 pitch variants (P0.9 to P4), with **MicroLED Nationstar** in the finest pitch model (P0.9) and **SMD1212 / SMD2121** in standard pitch. **Optional GOB** treatment on request for reinforced LED array protection in installations with frequent handling- **EE-OFSL Outdoor**: 3 pitch variants (P2.5, P3, P4) with **SMD1112 / SMD1415 / SMD1921** sized for outdoor conditions

Pixel density up to 401,111 px/m² — resolution for digital art and museum content

The pixel density reaches **up to 401,111 px/m²** in the premium variants of EE-IFSL, and up to **160,000 px/m²** in EE-OFSL. It covers the image quality needed for digital art in galleries, museum-quality photographic content, commercial architecture with viewer in immediate proximity, and curved DOOH applications with enhanced visual demand.

Brightness from 600 to 5,000 nits + refresh rate >3,840 Hz

The range covers two ranges of brightness differentiated by operating environment:– **EE-IFSL Indoor**: 600 or 900 nits configurable, calibrated for indoor installations with controlled lighting (hotels, retail, museums) – **EE-OFSL Outdoor**: up to 5,000 nits, sized for readability under direct sunlight in commercial facades, canopies and urbanarchitecture The refresh rate above 3,840 Hz ensures compatibility with professional 4K broadcast production in installations where the curved screen appears in camera plane.

100,000-hour lifespan — continuous operation in unconventional format

The range is sized for continuous operation in permanent installations. In 16 hours a day it is equivalent to more than 17 years of service. Relevant data in permanent architecture where the replacement of the display also implies the reconstruction of the personalized curved support.

Ordering process and warranty

EUNO’s range of LED Display Flexible Modules is supplied under the same procurement process as the rest of the catalogue. EUNO’s technical team reviews the project specification – serial (EE-IFSL or EE-OFSL), pitch, exact installation geometry (bending radius, double curvature, angular torsion), module size, GOB treatment requirements and operating environment – before issuing a proposal. Production: 10-25 days from confirmation, with status tracking available. Transport: urgent air (7-10 additional days from factory) or standard sea (total time 45-50 days from confirmation). Delivery to the Barcelona warehouse with customs documentation managed by EUNO. The European warranty comes into force from the date of delivery: it covers flexible modules, silicone structure, magnet system and electronic components with local management from Barcelona, regardless of the manufacturer of origin.
FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions about LED Display Flexible Modules

The traditional rigid module is built on flat PCB and maintains a fixed rectangular geometry. The union between modules in curved geometries is executed by faceting the surface with adjacent cabinets at an angle, which generates visible lines between spans. The flexible module of the IFSL/OFSL range is built on an elastic base (rubber or structural silicone) that supports continuous curvature without visible faceting. The result is a genuinely curved LED surface, not a polygonal approximation of the curve.
The maximum bending angle is 60-90° per module. The actual minimum radius depends on the size of the module and the direction of the curvature. As an operational reference, the flexible modules cover standard cylindrical columns (diameters from 50-60 cm), medium-sized decorative spheres and double-curved geometries on singular architecture. For specific configurations, the EUNO technical team validates the geometric feasibility in the technical consultation phase prior to ordering.
Yes. The magnets with high electromagnetic power (36 adjustable magnets in the EE-IFSL series) fulfil two simultaneous functions: adhesion of the module to the metal support and preservation of the curved shape moulded in the installation. The structure does not lose its geometry throughout the operation, which is an operating condition to maintain the flatness and image quality of the whole.
GOB (Glue On Board) is an encapsulation technology that covers the LED array with a transparent protective layer, which preserves the diodes against accidental impacts, abrasion and environmental agents common to the commercial interior. In the EE-IFSL series it is optional on request, allowing the integrator to choose between the standard configuration (cheaper) and the premium configuration with GOB for applications with risk of physical contact (tourist attractions with public interacting with the screen, installations in high-traffic areas, museums with visitors in immediate proximity).
Yes. Both series are compatible with the main content management systems on the market for professional digital signage. EUNO’s technical team verifies compatibility with the project-specific CMS in the technical consultation phase and reports on the interface and protocol requirements for integration with the end customer’s content.
The warranty is a European contract managed from Barcelona. It covers flexible modules, silicone structure, magnet system and electronic components with replacement from local stock, without international transit in claims. The modularity of the system allows the replacement of defective module without breaking down the whole of the project’s curved geometry.
